Description of restaurant:

It's a snack bar with some high top tables out front.  You can skip the jacket and tie.  Open 24 hours.

What I ordered:

Hamburger and fries.  Not bad.  They were waffle fries J

Environment/Staff:

It's a snack bar.  Don't expect the staff to be nice.  Don't expect the environment to be spotlessly clean.
