Description of room:
Extraordinarily ordinary hotel room--this is not a fancy strip property by any means. I love it. For the basics, it's great ... but don't expect anything luxurious. I'd compare it to a Best Western--you know, not quite as nice as a Fairfield Inn or a Holiday Inn Express (which are very basic accommodations for those of you not familiar with the chains), but nowhere near as scummy as a Motel 6 (a.k.a. fleabag motel).
Sleep Conditions:
Never had a problem here. I slept just fine.
Description of wi-fi:
Hotel does not provide it, but some of the rooms can reach wi-fi signals not sponsored by the hotel.
Description of fitness room:
There isn't one.
Description of pool:
Large enough for laps, but go very early. Also, don't use it if you are staying alone because you'll burn that area of your shoulders you just can't reach with sunscreen ... the whole pool is in the sun, even when the sun isn't out.
Safety:
Ha, that's funny. Don't go outside the hotel. It's right on the border of where the bad area of the strip starts. I won't use the parking garage here after dark ... valet only. Bear in mind, though, that when I'm looking for a cheap place to stay in Vegas, this hotel tops my list.
Price:
Love it ... rooms as low as $43 a night. The high is usually around $109. I booked online. Got the poker room rate once, but decided it wasn't worth it to be trapped playing here.
Additional Information and Links:
Avoid the buffet at all costs ... it's horrid.
Restaurants: Sahara Buffet, NASCAR Cafe, The Caravan Cafe, Pacos Bar Grill, House of Lords, The Grind Cafe
